Leaning into the FIFA World Cup in Russia to make a point about acceptance for all the fans.

Despite progress, there are still many places in the world which do not accept LGBTQ+. Some are openly hostile, like in Russia. Or even the sport of soccer, where homophobic chants are not uncommon. Making it difficult or even dangerous to express your true self.

With the World Cup being held in Russia during the month of PRIDE, we launched a rainbow jersey made using the strips of the national teams that played the championship with a badge on the arm that said ‘we belong to the same team’.

Sparked a global movement with thousands of people joining the team.
